The Portfolio for Employment partners aim to produce 6 tangible results

1) A VARIABLE-ACCESS PEDAGOGICAL METHODOLOGY FOR TEACHERS/TRAINERS to include remote, blended and face to face teaching (R1). This teaching methodology module is intended as a user guide for the other modules. It will guide teachers and trainers in the use of digital tools and hybrid learning methods. It will support them in their approach to help prepare young people to enter the job market.

2) A VARIABLE ACCESS LEARNING PROGRAMME with 5 variable-access interactive modules to meet the needs identified in our research:

  • interactive learning tools/activities that will help young people to develop self-awareness, confirm their career plans and identify suitable job offers (R2-M1);
  • interactive learning tools/activities that will help young people to prepare a job application (R2-M2);
  • interactive learning tools/activities that will help young people to prepare for a job interview (R2-M3);
  • interactive learning tools/activities that will help young people to prepare to start work in their new company (R2-M4);
  • tools for self-reflection for future applications – what did I learn from this experience that can help me with my next application etc. Using a variety of tools (R2-M5).
